How much do the classes cost?
Sahaja Yoga meditation classes are always free of charge, all over the world and you will be never be charged to learn any of the meditation techniques as you progress through the classes at any level. However, if you wish to help, you could contribute towards the rent of the meeting rooms.
How frequent are the classes?
The meetings take place every Tuesday, Friday and Saturday except for the last Friday and Saturday of the year, nearest to the 31st of December. For details on our class timings and location, check out our classes section.
What should I wear for the classes?
Sahaja Yoga is more about meditation and the subtle system than physical yoga and so it is advisable to wear something you are comfortable in and that helps you relax. Mats or cushions are usually not required unless you need them to sit on carpet or chair.
How do you manage without charging for the classes?
People organising the classes are regular practitioners of Sahaja Yoga Meditation and have full-time jobs and don't earn a single cent from running the classes. Once you reach the state where you know/understand all/most aspects of Sahaja Yoga meditation and have experienced its benefits, it is natural that you'll want to share the bliss with people around you, voluntarily.
