Please Note: Meditation classes are ongoing weekly (click here to find a class near you) and are always FREE for everyone. No prior appointment, experience, or knowledge of meditation is necessary. It is advisable to wear something comfortable that helps you relax. Mats or cushions are usually unnecessary unless you need them to sit on the chair or carpet.
