Sahaja Yoga meditation classes are always free of charge, all over the world and you will be never be charged to learn any of the meditation techniques as you progress through the classes at any level. However, if you wish to help, you could contribute towards the rent of the meeting rooms.

People organizing the classes are regular practitioners of Sahaja Yoga Meditation, have full-time jobs, and don't earn a cent from volunteering for Sahaja Yoga. Once you reach the state where you understand most aspects of this meditation and have experienced its benefits, it is natural that you'll want to share the bliss with the people around you.

Most of our classes are weekly, and we announce it in the class and on our website when we have to cancel every once in a while. Sahaja Yoga is more about meditation and the subtle system than physical yoga. It is advisable to wear something comfortable that helps you relax. Most sit on a chair for the class, but you are welcome to bring a cushion or a mat if you want to sit on the floor.
